Pork steamed in a multicooker
Description
The recipe won't take much time. 1. First, wash and dry the meat. Remove any excess membranes and fat. 2. Season the pork with salt and pepper to taste. Add your favorite meat spices if desired. 3. Peel the garlic and pass it through a garlic press. Rub the minced garlic all over the meat. 4. Optionally, you can also add a bit of sour cream (or tomato sauce, for example), spreading it evenly over the surface of the pork. The recipe for pork cooked in a multicooker using the steam function can be enhanced with additional spices if desired. 5. Wrap the seasoned meat tightly in foil to prevent the juices from leaking. 6. Place the steaming rack into the bottom of the multicooker and put the meat on it. Pour water into the bowl, up to the minimum level mark. 7. You can cook using either the Stewing or Steaming mode, depending on your multicooker model. 8. Cooking time for pork in a multicooker using the steam function at home ranges from 40 to 100 minutes, depending on the size of the meat piece and the multicooker's power. 9. Once the meat is cooked, carefully remove it from the foil and slice into portions. Serve hot with any side dish, or cold as an appetizer. Serve warm.
