Pork in Lavash
Description
It works for both holidays and everyday meals. Each of us has faced street food at least once—it’s incredibly tasty, though not very healthy. Thanks to a recipe like this, you can make a delicious appetizer that’s perfect for a snack. I really like this dish because store-bought ones make me uneasy. Serve the appetizer at the table.

Step 1

1. First, I work on the meat: I put a skillet on the heat, pour in sunflower oil, and heat it up. I wash the meat and slice it into thin strips, rub it with spices, place it in the skillet, and fry it on both sides until done.
