
Pork in kvass
Description

Separate the meat from the bone.

And cut into pieces.

Peel the onion and garlic. Slice the onion into rings or half-rings, and cut the garlic into small slices.

Sprinkle the meat with a mixture of cumin, ground pepper, and salt, and place in a single layer in a bowl.
