Sweet and sour pork is a very popular dish in Chinese cuisine, and you'll often find it in restaurants here as well. But it's also perfectly possible to prepare at home. Of course, everyone has their own unique recipe to delight their loved ones. I suggest a simple recipe for sweet and sour pork cooked in a multicooker. The dish turns out just as delicious as when prepared on a regular frying pan or wok, and, additionally, frees up half an hour of your time. The finished dish can now be served at the table.

    Wash the pork and cut it into pieces. If you want the pork to be very flavorful, season it with salt and add ground pepper, then leave it overnight in the refrigerator. If you can't leave it overnight, then at least for two hours.

    Pour vegetable oil into the multicooker bowl, set the "Fry" mode, time — about 20 minutes. Wait for the oil to heat up, then add the pieces of meat.
