Pork in kefir
Description
The recipe won't take much time. You need to marinate the meat in kefir for at least 3 hours, or you can leave it overnight. You can use just salt and pepper or a mix of aromatic spices. Thanks to this marinade, the meat will be juicy and tender inside, and develop a beautiful golden crust on the outside. Serve hot.
