Pork in mushroom sauce
Description
The dish is prepared without unnecessary complications. Pork in mushroom sauce goes well with mashed potatoes. But you can also try serving it with buckwheat or rice. Feel free to add your favorite spices. I personally rely entirely on the juice from onions and mushrooms. My grandmother, a lover of meat dishes, originally came up with this recipe for pork in mushroom sauce. Since then, in our family, we've had this hearty meal at least occasionally—about twice a month. Perhaps preparing this dish will become a lovely tradition in your family too. The dish is now ready to be served.
