Pork in lingonberry sauce
Description
The recipe won't take much time. Depending on whether you want a sweeter or more sour taste in the end, adjust the amount of sugar in the recipe. I generally recommend tasting constantly as you go. This way, you'll achieve perfect flavor combinations. Serve hot.
Instructions

Step 1

1. Choose fresh, young tenderloin. Remove all membranes, as the meat will be roasted. Wash and chop the herbs. Rub the pork with salt, pepper, herbs, and tie it with string to hold its shape.

Step 2

2. Bake the meat in the oven for 1.5–2 hours. Meanwhile, prepare the sauce. Rinse the cranberries and place them in a saucepan. Add sugar, orange juice, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, and minced garlic. Place on the stove and bring to a boil over low heat. If it seems that the berries' liquid is insufficient, add a little water.

Step 3

3. Simmer the sauce for about 10 minutes, until thickened. Then remove from heat and add part of the sauce to the meat that is baking. Cook the meat for another 15–20 minutes.

Step 4

4. Slice the cooked meat into portion pieces and serve, pouring over the lingonberry sauce.
