Pork in Orange Sauce
Description
The dish is prepared without unnecessary complications. Pork in orange sauce turns out incredibly tender, juicy, and delicious. I really like this recipe not only because the pork turns out fantastic and divinely tasty, but also because this luxurious dish doesn't require significant expenses, even though it can be considered a premium dish. The delicious sauce is made from the marinade—saving both time and ingredients. Good luck! :) The finished dish can be served at the table.
Instructions
- 1
Step 1

First, prepare the marinade for the pork. To do this, squeeze the juice from three oranges into a dish where you will marinate the pork tenderloin.
- 2
Step 2

Add a few spoons of honey to the orange juice. The marinade should have a balanced taste, neither too sour nor too sweet. Add rosemary, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
- 3
Step 3

We place the beef tenderloin into the marinade and refrigerate it overnight or for several hours to marinate.
- 4
Step 4

Place the meat in a baking dish and cook in the oven for about 40 minutes at 180 degrees.
- 5
Step 5

It should be baked WITHOUT MARINADE! Then slice the meat into portion pieces.
- 6
Step 6

Pour the marinade into a heavy-bottomed skillet and bring to a boil. Keep cooking over high heat until two-thirds of the marinade has evaporated.
- 7
Step 7

Then add sour cream or cream to the marinade and cook over low heat. The mixture should soon thicken and turn into a very tasty sauce. Taste and check if there is enough salt and pepper.
- 8
Step 8

Place the meat on a plate, pour the sauce over the top, add a side dish (it can be any), and serve. :)
