Pork stewed in sour cream in a multicooker

Description

To prepare pork stewed in sour cream using a multicooker, you don't need premium pork cuts—pork loin with some fat will work just fine. I highly recommend using walnut seasoning, which you can find at the market or buy at a store. If you can't find it, you can easily make it yourself: simply grind walnuts together with garlic. I used 15% fat sour cream to keep the sauce from becoming too thick. By the way, you can substitute the sour cream with heavy cream in this recipe.

Instructions

Prepare the necessary ingredients. Cut the meat into small pieces.

Season the meat with salt and pepper, add the spice blend. If you don't have a ready-made blend, simply mix ground nuts (usually walnuts) with crushed garlic.

    Step 3

Place the pork in the multicooker and pour sour cream over it.

    Step 4

Mix well, cover with a lid, and set to "Stewing" mode for about 40 minutes. Then switch to "Baking" mode for 15-20 minutes. This will prevent the meat from floating in sour cream and keep the dish from being too runny. If you prefer a more liquid consistency, simply cook in "Stewing" mode for about an hour.

You can serve the ready pork stewed in sour cream in a multicooker either with fresh vegetables or with marinated tomatoes or cucumbers.
