Description
The recipe won't take much time. The key to great flavor is to braise the meat together with onions. During braising, the onions will become soft and form a sort of sauce, resulting in a very tasty onion gravy. You can serve this dish with any side dish. Serve hot.

Cut the meat into pieces and fry over high heat until a light brown crust forms.

Finely chop the onion and add it to the meat. Fry together for a couple of minutes.

Then add soy sauce, salt, and spices. Add a little water and simmer over low heat until the meat is cooked.
