
Pork stewed with sorrel
Description

1. For preparing this dish, we will need pork, sorrel, vegetables, and sour cream. The dish can be varied with potatoes or frozen vegetables.

2. This time we have pork ribs, and before cooking, I marinate them in spices and vegetable (olive) oil.
