
Pork stewed with green beans
Description
The dish is very simple to prepare, but note: I cook the beans for just a few minutes so they remain crunchy. If you don't like that, simmer them longer until soft. This amount of ingredients is enough for approximately 6 servings.

Prepare all the ingredients: finely chop the onion and garlic, cut the pork into small cubes, wash the beans, dry them, and cut into pieces.

Sear the meat in vegetable oil until a golden crust forms.

Remove the pork and in the same skillet, sauté the onion with garlic until golden.

Place oregano, meat, salt, pepper, and wine into a sauté pan, bring to a boil. Add water until the liquid covers the meat, then simmer until the pork starts to shred into fibers.

Add the green beans and simmer until they become slightly tender. Season with spices to taste and serve the dish.
