
Pork stewed with cherries

1. First, wash the cherries, carefully halve them, and remove the pits. Chop the herbs (in this case, tarragon) and onion. Peel and slice the leek, if using. Finely chop the pistachios.

2. Place the leek on a baking sheet lined with foil. Season with salt and pepper to taste, and add a little butter. Cover with a sheet of foil and bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 20 minutes, until cooked through.
