Pork stewed with wine
Description
This is a fairly simple dish that even a complete kitchen beginner can easily recreate by following the step-by-step instructions. You can use not only pork chops, but also meat cut into small cubes, for example. In that case, it's better to prepare the sauce first in a separate skillet, then pour it over the pork. Don't be afraid of using such a large amount of garlic—the dish turns out aromatic and pleasantly spicy.
