Pork stewed with dill
Description
The recipe won't take much time. For variety, I suggest taking a look. Serve hot.
Instructions
- 1
Step 1

1. This dish is served as a main course and should be eaten only while hot. You can use any preferred cut of pork for this dish (even ribs will work).
- 2
Step 2

2. In my case, it was meat. Cut it into small cubes and start frying. You can do this in a frying pan, or directly in the pot where you'll be stewing the meat.
- 3
Step 3

3. Slice the onion into half-rings and add to the meat to fry.
- 4
Step 4

4. Now cut the potatoes into cubes and add them to the meat. Sauté briefly, then add bell pepper, salt, and spices.
- 5
Step 5

5. For contrast, you can use green or red pepper.
- 6
Step 6

6. At the very end, add the dill, mix everything, and pour in water (about 1.5 cups). Bring to a boil, then reduce the heat and simmer for about an hour over low heat.

Step 7

7. Serve the stew hot. Before serving, you can sprinkle with dill once again.
