Pork stewed with chickpeas
Description
The recipe won't take much time. Abelmoschus is also known as musk mallow. It's practically impossible to find it fresh in our region. However, check the frozen vegetable sections in large supermarkets. You might get lucky and find this wonderfully aromatic plant. Overall, this dish can also be prepared with other vegetables instead of abelmoschus. Serve hot.
