
Pork stewed with pineapples

Cut the pork into small pieces and fry for a few minutes in vegetable oil over high heat. Then add finely chopped onion and chili pepper. Cover with a lid and simmer over low heat until the onion becomes translucent.

Cut the bell pepper into small cubes. Add to the pan with the meat and simmer together for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Next, add the pineapple cut into cubes. If necessary, add a little water to prevent the meat from burning.

After 5 minutes, add the tomato paste. Then add the pineapple syrup, salt, and the remaining spices. Mix well and cook for another two minutes.
