Pork stewed with mushrooms in a multicooker
Description
Let's prepare pork stewed with mushrooms in a multicooker at home. I don't use oil, as pork is already fatty enough. The only thing you might add is water or sour cream. For the side dish, anything you like will work—potatoes, rice, pasta—feel free to get creative! Have a wonderful day!

Step 1

Cut the pork into large cubes and place in the multicooker bowl. Add a couple of tablespoons of water. Cook in "Baking" mode for 20 minutes.

Coarsely chop the mushrooms.

Open the lid and stir the meat.

Add mushrooms to the pork, season with salt to taste and add your favorite spices. If all the liquid from the meat has evaporated, you can add a little water or a spoonful of sour cream.

Step 6

When serving, sprinkle the meat with mushrooms with chopped herbs.
