
Pork stewed with mushrooms
Description
The recipe for pork stewed with mushrooms is quite simple. The result is an incredibly delicious dish that goes well with any side dish. You can use any mushrooms, and additionally vary the flavor with spices to taste.

1. First, wash and dry the meat. Cut into medium pieces and transfer to a frying pan, in which vegetable and butter have been preheated.

2. Sear the meat in a pan until a golden crust forms. Season lightly with salt and pepper, then remove from the pan and set aside.

4. Peel the onion and carrot and chop them.

6. Dilute the starch in a small amount of broth. Add the pork to the pan with the sautéed vegetables. Pour in the starch mixture, a little wine, and some broth. Bring to a boil, then season with salt and pepper to taste. Cover with a lid and simmer until the meat is cooked through. If necessary, add more broth to the pan to prevent the meat from burning.
