Pork
Description
The recipe won't take much time. It's a great way to quickly and deliciously fry meat. Pork "Tonkatsu" can be prepared both for a family dinner and for any festive table. Japanese-style cutlets turn out incredibly tasty and tender, with a golden crispy crust on top. For breading, the Japanese use special breadcrumbs called "Panko." They differ from traditional breadcrumbs by their larger grain size, and they can easily be made at home. This texture allows the crumbs to absorb less oil, so even deep-fried dishes won't be overly greasy. Serve hot.
