
Pork with asparagus

1. Wash and dry the pork. Remove the tough ends from the asparagus. Heat oil in a skillet. The classic pork with asparagus recipe calls for sesame oil. If you don't have it, you can use another oil. 4. Add mirin or another sweet white wine to the browned garlic. Mix well and cook in the pan for 2-3 minutes.

5. When the sauce begins to slightly reduce, return the meat and asparagus to the pan. Mix well and drizzle with soy sauce. The recipe for pork with asparagus is almost complete.
