Pork with currants baked in the oven
Description
The recipe won't take much time. I used to cook pork with black currants—they are sweeter in my opinion and don't need to be strained. This time, however, I used red currants for baking pork with currants in the oven. They are more tart, but the sauce made from them, combined with honey, turns out absolutely delicious. Serve with any side dish. Check out the recipe. Serve hot.
