
Pork with sour cream in a multicooker
Description
The recipe won't take much time. To make the liquid in which the pork is stewed thicker, add a couple of tablespoons of flour and mix well. A little over half an hour of stewing—and an excellent main dish for dinner is ready. Serve hot.

Chop the onion into small pieces and sauté in a multicooker using the "Baking" mode for 4-5 minutes.

Remove the fat from the pork, cut it into strips, and place it in the multicooker with the onion and a small amount of water.

Add flour to make the liquid in which the pork is stewed thicker.

Grate the apples on a coarse grater and add to the meat.

Add the sour cream and 100-130 ml of water, then mix everything well.

Add spices and salt to taste, mix again. Turn on the "Stewing" mode and cook the pork for 40 minutes with the lid closed. After the time is up, let the dish steep for a few minutes.
