Pork with apples in creamy sauce
Description
The dish is prepared without unnecessary complications. Pork with apples in a creamy sauce is an incredibly tasty and hearty dish. Sear the meat slightly, then add onion and carrot, pour in broth. Simmer over low heat until almost cooked. Then add spices, apple, and cream. Cook for another 15 minutes and turn off the heat. Serve the pork with apples in creamy sauce with any side dish. I had boiled rice. The dish is now ready to be served.
