Instructions
- 1
Step 1

Prepare all the ingredients necessary for cooking the dish.
- 2
Step 2

We thoroughly rinse the mushrooms under running water and cut them into not too large cubes.
- 3
Step 3

Take an onion, peel off the skin, rinse under cold water, and slice thinly into quarters.
- 4
Step 4

Now, in a well-heated skillet with vegetable oil, sauté the mushrooms with the onion. Cook briefly, 7–10 minutes is sufficient.
- 5
Step 5

Meanwhile, let's prepare the pork. Rinse the meat, dry it with paper towels, and cut it into fairly large pieces—similar in size to cutlets. Pound each piece of meat on both sides.
- 6
Step 6

Place the prepared pieces of pork on a baking sheet previously lined with parchment paper. Season the meat with salt and pepper, then evenly spread mustard over it.
- 7
Step 7

Then sprinkle the meat with finely chopped garlic. On top, evenly place the sautéed mushrooms with onions.
- 8
Step 8

We pour mayonnaise over it. You can actually adjust the amount of mayonnaise according to your personal preferences. You can also omit it entirely or replace it with sour cream.
- 9
Step 9

The final touch — grated hard cheese. Evenly sprinkle it over the prepared pieces of meat as the last layer. The dish is ready for baking. Place it in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for 40–45 minutes... and wait!
