Pork with dried fruits
Description
As you understand, the meat for this dish is chosen according to your taste. You can use beef as well, but it should be tenderized first, since it's tougher than pork. Besides dried fruits, any berries fit perfectly inside.

Step 1

This time I took pork tenderloin with the skin. To help the skin cook better, I'll make some cuts on it. I pour boiling water over the dried fruits for 5 minutes. Then I rinse them and cut into smaller pieces. I roughly chop the nuts. I rub the meat with a mixture of salt, peppers, and spices. I place the dried fruits and nuts on top of the meat.

Step 2

Now we need to roll all of this into a roll. To prevent it from opening during baking, tie it with kitchen twine or simply strong thread. Place foil over the roll and wrap the roll in the foil.

Step 3

Place the roll wrapped in foil into the oven and bake at 180 degrees for 2 hours. After an hour and a half, take out the roll and remove the foil. Put it back into the oven for another half hour. If your oven has a grill setting, turn it on. The roll will finish baking and develop an appetizing crust.

Step 4

Remove the aromatic baked pork roll with dried fruits after the required time. You can slice it right away, or wait for about half an hour—this will make it even more delicious. Serve with vegetables, preferably fresh ones. Enjoy your meal or celebration!
