Pork with sauce cooked in a multicooker using steam
Description
Cooking pork with sauce in a multicooker using the steam function. Technically, you could prepare the pork in a steamer, but since we have a wonderful appliance like a multicooker, let's cook the dish in it. Serve the meat with boiled potatoes or rice as a side dish. Have a wonderful day!
Instructions
- 1
Step 1

Rinse the meat and pat it dry with a paper towel.
- 2
Step 2

Cut the meat into slices no thicker than 2 cm.
- 3
Step 3

Lightly pound the meat.
- 4
Step 4

Rub the pork with salt and pepper, then lightly pound it so the spices are absorbed.

Step 5

Brush the meat with mustard on both sides, place it in a special container for steaming, and put it in the multicooker. Cook for 60 minutes.
- 6
Step 6

After an hour, take out the pork, coat it on all sides with sour cream, and cook for another 20 minutes in the same mode.
