
Pork with rice and pineapple

Fried rice with pineapple can also be served with fish or chicken

1. Cook the rice according to the package instructions. Set aside. Cut the pineapple into pieces. Sauté the pineapple in a pan or on a grill until black spots appear. Set aside.

2. Melt butter and rapeseed oil in a frying pan over high heat, then add the pork. Sear on both sides.

3. Add the sliced onion and sauté for several minutes. When the onion begins to soften, add soy sauce, rice wine vinegar, honey, and Sriracha sauce. Shake the pan and continue cooking for several minutes until the pork chops are fully cooked and the sauce has thickened.

4. Place the pork cutlets on a plate and cook the sauce for another 30 to 45 seconds. Pour the sauce over the pork cutlets and set aside.

5. Add a small amount of oil to the same skillet (without cleaning it) and heat over high heat. Add the minced garlic and stir, then crack the eggs into the skillet and immediately scramble them.

6. Add green peas, pimentos, and additional soy sauce.

7. Add the cooked rice and mix, cook for a couple of minutes. Add the pineapple pieces, stir and cook for about 1 minute.

8. Place the rice on a plate, then put the pork cutlets with onions on top. Pour the prepared sauce over and serve immediately.
