1. First, prepare the meat. Wash the pork and dry it. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Pour a little olive oil into a heatproof dish and place the meat in it. Sear over high heat for about 4 minutes on each side. Remove the meat and set aside for now.

2. Add the remaining olive oil to the meat juice that has formed. Peel the onion and slice it into half-rings. Add to the skillet and sauté for about 3 minutes. Peel the garlic and mince it. Add to the onion and sauté until golden brown.

3. The recipe for pork with tomatoes baked in the oven involves using paprika. If desired, it can be replaced with other spices to taste. Add the meat to the fried onion and generously sprinkle it with paprika.

4. Wash and dry the tomatoes. It's best to use small tomatoes (such as cherry tomatoes). Place the tomatoes whole on top of the meat. Add a little wine vinegar and broth. Transfer to a preheated oven for at least 1 hour. Cooking time depends on the size of the meat piece.
