Pork with tomatoes

Description

The recipe won't take much time. My friends love pork with tomatoes. This is my signature dish, which turns out great and looks impressive when served. For baking the meat in the oven, I use a roasting bag. First, it's very convenient because no extra fat is needed, and the dish used for baking will stay clean. Second, the meat will be much juicier and will absorb the spices, so there's no need to marinate it. Serve hot.
