Pork with gravy
Description
You can make this sauce not only with wine as a base. Some prefer using vegetable or chicken broth with spices. Others like making the sauce with cream and, for example, tomato sauce. Try different variations and decide which one you like best.
Instructions
- 1
Step 1

First, season the piece of pork with salt and fry it in butter in a skillet. Turn the meat occasionally to get a golden crust. Pierce the meat with a knife. If clear juice comes out, it's done.
- 2
Step 2

Place the meat and add flour to the resulting fat.
- 3
Step 3

Toast the flour, stirring constantly, until golden brown.
- 4
Step 4

Now pour the wine into the flour and mix. If the sauce turns out too thick, add a little water or any broth.
- 5
Step 5

Reduce the sauce to the desired thickness, season with salt and pepper to taste, and serve with meat.
