Pork with onions in a skillet
Description
The marinade for pork is prepared with the addition of starch, which helps retain the meat's juiciness during frying. Instead of green onions, you can add salad pepper or onion. Meat with onions is an excellent addition to any side dish, for example, boiled rice. Serve the meat hot.

Step 1

1. Cut the meat into thin strips, lay them out in a single layer, cover with plastic wrap, and press with a bottle or rolling pin (this will help tenderize the fibers). Mix the meat with soy sauce, sugar, and starch, then let it marinate for 10 minutes. Heat a pan with vegetable oil, add the garlic slices, and fry for 30 seconds.
