Pork with chicken liver stewed in wine with green onions

Description
The recipe won't take much time. The pork and chicken liver in a wine-cream sauce make a very tasty gravy, which can be served with any side dish, such as mashed potatoes, buckwheat, rice, or couscous. Garnish with fresh herbs before serving and serve hot.

Cut the pork into small pieces and fry.

Add the sliced chicken liver and fry everything together for 5 minutes.

Pour in the wine, adding a little water if necessary. Simmer over low heat for about 15 minutes. Add salt and spices to taste.
