
Pork with cranberry sauce

1. Prepare all the necessary ingredients. Rinse the cranberries under running water and peel the onion.

In a small heavy-bottomed saucepan (use one with thick bottom and sides; if you don't have one, use a skillet), heat the cranberries, mashing them with a spoon to release as much juice as possible. Add a pinch of salt and cinnamon, stir and cook for about 5–7 minutes.
