Pork with potatoes in a baking bag
Description
Thanks to the flavorful marinade, pork with potatoes cooked in a bag at home turns out very tender, while the potatoes absorb all the juices. If desired, you can also add a couple of tomatoes, carrots, or sweet peppers—these vegetables will add extra flavor and make a perfect side dish.
