Chinese-style pork with zucchini
Description
The dish is prepared without unnecessary complications. Chinese-style pork with zucchini is quite original yet simple to make, and will especially appeal to those who enjoy slightly spicy meat. It's best cooked in summer when zucchini are fresh and most nutritious. You can add other vegetables (such as tomatoes or eggplants) and adjust the amount of spices to your taste. The finished dish is ready to serve.
