
Pork with mushrooms under cheese
Description
One of our family's favorite holiday dishes is pork with mushrooms and cheese. This dish really looks festive, and the taste is simply amazing. We're definitely planning to prepare this pork with cheese and mushrooms for the upcoming 2013 New Year. Good luck with your cooking!

Place the mushrooms in cold water and boil for approximately 15-20 minutes.

We constantly remove the foam that forms during cooking.

Cut the meat into pieces approximately 1-2 cm thick.

Slightly tenderize our meat.

Rub the meat with salt and pepper.

Place the prepared meat into a heatproof dish.

Cover the meat with a thin layer of mayonnaise.

Slice the onion into thin half-rings.

Grate the cheese on a medium grater.

Place the sliced onion on the meat. Season with salt and pepper.
