Chinese-style pork with mushrooms
Description
The recipe won't take much time. Chinese-style pork is very easy to prepare. Instead of dried ground ginger, you can use fresh. Use mushrooms to your taste, though button mushrooms cook faster than wild ones. The meat turns out incredibly delicious in a wonderful aromatic sauce. Boiled rice or noodles make the best side dish. Serve hot.
