Pork with mushrooms and potatoes

Description

Clean the mushrooms and slice them thinly. Cut the pork into pieces about 1 cm thick and tenderize them. Make sure to choose pork with some fat. Peel the potatoes and slice them thinly into rounds, cutting across the potato. Slice the onion into half-rings. Place a piece of meat onto a sheet of foil, and season it with salt. On top of the meat, place mushrooms, and then a layer of onion. Add the potatoes on top of the onion, then season again with salt and pepper. Wrap everything tightly in the foil. Repeat this process for each piece of meat. Bake for 1 hour at 180 degrees Celsius.
