Pork with buckwheat
Description
This is not quite a classic pork with buckwheat recipe, but rather an experimental and simplified version. Thanks to the baking sleeve, the buckwheat turns out fluffy, while the meat remains juicy and tender. Plus, preparing this dish takes minimal time, effort, and dishes.

4. After thoroughly mixing, transfer all the contents of the bowl into a baking bag. Carefully add 2 cups of cold water and securely seal the edges of the bag. It is important to tie the bag tightly to prevent water from leaking during cooking. Place the bag with buckwheat and meat onto a baking sheet or into a baking dish and put it into a preheated oven.
