Pork with bell pepper
Description
The recipe won't take much time. Pork with bell peppers is a simple everyday dish made from common vegetables and a piece of pork. You can prepare this dish not only with fresh but also with frozen vegetables—it turns out just as good. In flavor, it somewhat resembles a meaty version of Hungarian lecho, as the ingredients and cooking method are essentially the same. Feel free to adjust the vegetable proportions to your taste. Good luck! Serve hot.
