
Pork with pineapples and mushrooms baked in the oven
Description
The recipe won't take much time. For this dish, it's best to use pork neck or, ideally, pork tenderloin. When choosing mushrooms, go with the ones you prefer—these can be not only oyster mushrooms or button mushrooms, but also wild forest mushrooms. Serve hot.

Prepare the ingredients.

Grease a baking dish with vegetable oil and place the pork in it, previously cut as you would for cutlets.

Salt the meat and pepper both sides. Place canned pineapple on top. If the pieces are large, be sure to cut them into smaller pieces.

Wash the mushrooms, cut them into pieces, and fry in a pan with vegetable oil. Place them on top of the pineapple.

Make a grid pattern with mayonnaise.

Place the meat in a preheated oven at 190 degrees for 50–60 minutes. You can cover the dish with foil for the first 30 minutes, then remove it.
