Pork with a cheesy crust

Description
The recipe won't take much time. You can easily use beef steaks or veal instead of pork. Otherwise, follow the recipe exactly. It will be tasty, juicy, and aromatic. Serve hot.

1. Wash the cutlets, dry them, and lightly tenderize. Season with salt and pepper, and spray with olive oil.

4. Place onion rings and a slice of tomato on the cutlets. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 30 minutes.
