Pork in Béchamel Sauce
Description
The recipe won't take much time. To prepare pork with béchamel sauce, we'll need good pork tenderloin, juicy large tomatoes, one bell pepper, and one medium onion. You can use any milk. Optionally, sprinkle the dish with grated cheese. Serve hot.
Instructions

Step 1

Make the sauce: melt the butter (50 g). Add flour and mix thoroughly to avoid lumps. Heat for 2-3 minutes. Pour in a small amount of milk, stirring to prevent lumps. Then gradually add the remaining milk in a thin stream, constantly stirring. Bring the sauce to a boil and simmer for 5 minutes. Season with salt, pepper, add spices and the remaining 20 g of butter.

Step 2

Slice the tomatoes and peppers into rings and place them at the bottom of a baking dish or cauldron.
- 3
Step 3

Pour the sauce over, but not all of it—just enough to cover the vegetables.
- 4
Step 4

Place the sliced onion on top.
- 5
Step 5

Cut the meat into portion pieces, salted and peppered. Placed on top of the vegetables.
- 6
Step 6

Pour with sauce. Bake for one and a half hours at 180–200 degrees (adjust according to your oven's performance). Then sprinkle with grated cheese at the end.
- 7
Step 7

Bake for another 10 minutes. You can simply turn off the oven, but leave the dish inside so the cheese melts.

Step 8

You can serve the ready pork with béchamel sauce with herbs.
