Pork in sour cream sauce
Description
An incredibly delicious sour cream sauce makes the pork even more tender and flavorful. The spices added to taste will give it a special piquancy. Pork tenderloin, sliced into pieces, is best suited for this dish. Beef Stroganoff is served hot with a side dish.

Step 1

1. For this dish, it's best to use pork tenderloin. Wash the meat thoroughly, slice it as you would for beef stroganoff, and place it in a frying pan to cook. About halfway through cooking, season the meat with salt and spices to taste.

Step 2

2. Fry the meat until cooked, then set aside. Meanwhile, peel and finely chop the onion.

Step 3

3. Fry in vegetable oil, adding a little flour. When the onion turns golden, add sour cream and mix. Add the fried pork to the sauce.

Step 4

4. Simmer over low heat for about 20 minutes. Sometimes I add milk: this makes the sauce even more tender.

Step 5

5. While the pork is simmering, you can boil any side dish to your liking. Serve the dish hot with the side dish and sauce.
