Provençal-style pork
Description
I absolutely love meat and everything you can make with it, so I know many different recipes featuring it. But here's the problem—often other ingredients overpower the flavor of the meat itself, and I'm not a fan of that. That's why I'm sharing with you a very simple recipe for pork Provençal, where meat is the only main ingredient, and all we'll use to prepare it is a wonderful bouquet of Provencal herbs. Despite such a modest list of ingredients, I believe this dish is worthy of the finest restaurants in the world, as the meat turns out incredibly tender, aromatic, and, most importantly, delicious. After all, they say that all genius is simple, and this pork Provençal recipe is the best proof of that. But better yet, try making this amazing dish yourself—I hope you'll love it just as much as I do.
Instructions

Step 1

Rinse the pork under cold water and dry it with a paper towel, then cut it into small pieces. Heat vegetable oil in a skillet and sear the meat over high heat until golden brown. Then reduce the heat, cover the skillet with a lid, and simmer the pork.

Step 2

While the meat is stewing, we will prepare the sauce for it. Place the Provence herbs in a bowl and slightly crush them.

Step 3

Add honey, balsamic vinegar, and olive oil to them, and season with salt.

Step 4

Thoroughly mix all ingredients until a homogeneous mass is formed.

Step 5

Pour the prepared sauce into the pan with the meat, mix well, and simmer until the pork is fully cooked. This dish goes perfectly with any side dish, but I prefer to enjoy it with a light vegetable salad. Enjoy your meal!
