Description
This recipe won't take much time. Of course, every homemaker has their own way of preparing this wonderful dish, which has long become an indispensable part of any celebration. Today, I'd like to share my version and tell you how to make pork à la française with tomatoes and potatoes. I have a very large family, and whenever all my numerous relatives gather together, I set the table with various delicious dishes, and this one always takes center stage. Actually, this simple recipe for pork with tomatoes and potatoes is almost no different from the classic version, but I always prepare it with potatoes. In my opinion, it turns out much tastier and more filling this way, since the meat already comes with a side dish—something very important when you need to quickly and deliciously feed a large group of people. So do try making this pork dish; it's very easy and fast, yet the result is absolutely amazing—my family always finishes their plates within minutes. Serve hot.
