French-style pork in a pan

Description

The dish is prepared without unnecessary complications. The recipe for French-style pork cooked in a skillet is very simple and has often helped me when I needed to quickly whip up something delicious. I'd just take a skillet and layer all the ingredients in it, turn on the stove, and go about my business. Believe me, the meat turns out no less tasty than oven-baked—it's actually juicier and more tender. My husband, for instance, prefers this version much more than oven-cooked meat, which often ends up dry. Besides, this dish always disappears quickly. Although it may not look particularly festive, the taste is truly satisfying—believe me. So do try this easy skillet recipe for French-style pork; it might just become your go-to solution as well. The dish is ready to serve.

Now cover the pan with a lid and place it over the lowest heat so it heats up slowly but steadily. For half an hour or forty minutes, we can forget about our meat. Then turn off the heat, but do not remove the lid for another 15–20 minutes. Transfer the cooked meat onto serving plates and bring to the table. Enjoy your meal, everyone!
