Belarusian-style pork
Description
The dish is prepared without unnecessary complications. If you want to diversify your everyday menu but don't particularly like unusual or exotic dishes, then I recommend you try this simple recipe for Belarusian-style pork. In my opinion, Belarusian cuisine isn't very different from Russian, yet it has its own unique flavor characteristics and rather interesting taste combinations, such as in this dish. On the other hand, this pork will undoubtedly appeal to anyone, as it features such simple and familiar ingredients. And if you're unsure whether meat and apples make a good combination, I assure you that pork prepared this way turns out very tender and juicy, while the apple perfectly enhances the meat's natural flavor. Lately, I've been using this Belarusian-style pork recipe quite often because my husband is absolutely crazy about this dish, and even the children always happily eat this meat. In short, be sure to try making this dish—believe me, you'll be pleasantly surprised. Plus, preparing Belarusian-style pork is incredibly easy. The dish is now ready to be served.
