Asian-style pork
Description
This recipe won't take much time. In my opinion, this Asian-style pork is the best stir-fry you could possibly imagine. Nothing extra—just a classic Asian marinade and two ingredients: pork and scallions. And, of course, garlic for aroma. The result is an excellent dish—highly recommended. Serve hot.
Instructions
- 1
Step 1

Cut the pork into thin slices or strips. It's easiest to slice slightly frozen pork with a sharp knife.
- 2
Step 2

In a small bowl, mix together soy sauce, sugar, and starch.
- 3
Step 3

Place the pieces of pork into the resulting mixture. It's best if you let the meat marinate for at least half an hour, but if you're in a hurry, you can skip marinating—just mix the meat well with the marinade and continue cooking.

Step 4

Take a wok or any other deep frying pan. Heat the oil, then add the minced garlic cloves to the hot oil.
- 5
Step 5

After 20-30 seconds, add the pork pieces to the wok. Sear for 2-4 minutes (depending on the thickness of the meat pieces) over high heat, then add the sliced scallions.

Step 6

Cook for another minute over high heat, then remove from heat and serve immediately. As you can see, Asian-style pork can be prepared in literally 10 minutes :)
